Site Supervisor — Roofing & Restoration
Just In Time Roofing & Restoration (JIT) is a growing residential and commercial roofing company serving the Piedmont region of North Carolina.
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish while keeping crews, clients, and schedules on track.
What You'll Do
- Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from kickoff to completion.
- Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Track project progress, materials, and documentation using our project management software.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
- Assist with physical job-site tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, with some workdays lasting up to 12 hours.
What We're Looking For

Roofing industry knowledge is required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable truck.
- Ability to lift up to 85 lbs.
- Comfortable using technology, including project management software and digital reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and crews.
- Ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
